http://www.cipa.emory.edu

"Emory University is currently accepting applications for the Spring 2006 Tibetan Studies Program in Dharamsala, India. This program, jointly run by Emory and the Institute of Buddhist Dialectics, offers undergraduate-level courses in Tibetan language, Tibetan history and culture, and Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, as well as the opportunity for students to conduct independent field research. Students also directly experience diverse aspects of Tibetan life by attending the Dalai Lama's annual teachings, living with college students on a Tibetan campus, going on numerous excursions led by instructors, doing internships and volunteer work, and celebrating the Tibetan New Year with friends.
